Nathan Buckley
Former AFL Player and Senior Coach; Tackle Your Feelings Ambassador
Across a playing career spanning 280 games, Nathan Buckley became one of the greatest names in Collingwood Football Club history. He won the Brownlow media in 2003 after claiming a Norm Smith Medal 12 months earlier, and finished his career with six Collingwood best and fairest awards and six All Australian selections. After retiring in 2007, Buckley moved into coaching as an assistant coach at the Magpies and he eventually took the senior coaching reins in 2012. The 2018 AFL Grand Final was the high point of his coaching career to date, which has been on pause since he left the Magpies in 2021. Buckley is currently a respected voice in the media in his roles with Fox Footy and SEN and he has been a Tackle Your Feelings Ambassador since 2022.
