  • Template letters (including disciplinary action)
  • Award rates of pay; and
  • Up-to-date copies of Modern Awards

Initial telephone advice with an experienced Advisor on a wide range of human resources and industrial relations matters through SIAG's National Advisory Line 1300 SIAGHR (1300 742 447)
Email notification of relevant employment updates, such variations to the Modern Awards and significant changes in industrial relations/employment law.
A quarterly newsletter entitled 'The Advisor' and published by SIAG, which provides an update on human resources, industrial relations and employment law issues. also offers consulting services on a client discount fee for service basis. This includes legal advice & representation for all employment-related claims (e.g. unfair dismissal, adverse action, workplace bullying, discrimination, etc.), organisational restructuring, and leadership development and coaching (including workshops on performance & conduct leadership/management, Occupation Health & Safety, etc.)
