In the case that the Real Estate Institute of Victoria cancels the course at any stage during the period of enrolment a pro rata refund of the unassessed units will be issued. Students who wish to cancel a course enrolment must do so in writing (letter, fax or email) at least seven days prior to commencment of the course date. A $100 administration fee will be retained. Students have the option of transferring to the next available date at no cost with five working days notice. No refund will be made to students who transfer their course and then subsequently cancel. Failure to give proper notice of cancellation will result in the course fee being charged.
