Deposit Power
Deposit Power provides an easy and cost-effective
deposit solution for purchasers of residential property.
A Deposit Power Guarantee acts as a substitute cash deposit of up to 10 per cent on a residential property. Deposit Power Guarantees are ideal for investors, first home buyers and purchasers of vacant land. They are also particularly useful for people buying and selling simultaneously or entering extended contracts such as off-the-plan purchases.
Deposit Power Guarantees are only issued to purchasers who can demonstrate their ability to settle on a property, providing a safe cash deposit alternative to vendors.
