How do I become an Estate Agent?
Get started in the profession by enrolling in our course for Agent's Representatives. This is a short entry-level course that will open the door to your career in real estate.
Alternatively, you can enroll in our Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) to complete the educational requirements for a Victorian Estate Agents Licence.

Agents Representative

An Agent’s Representative is an employee of a licensed estate agent who performs a variety of real estate roles including:

The full-time course for Agent's Representatives runs over five days from 9.00am–5.00pm, Monday to Friday. There is a class starting almost every Monday at our Camberwell campus, with courses run on selected dates in other locations. |
The part-time evening course for Agent's Representatives is run at our Camberwell Campus and is five weeks in duration. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6.00pm–9.30pm during this period. |
The Agent's Representative course can also be completed by Distance Education (DE) over a period of six months or less. The course materials and assessments are sent to you by mail. A pack will be posted out within seven days of receiving your registration. |
Certificate IV in Property Services
The Agent's Representative course must be completed prior to or at the beginning of the licence course. The balance of 21 units is obtained by attending contact classes throughout the year; each unit is scheduled every six–eight weeks. You can decide how long you wish to take to complete the course (up to a maximum of 12 months) and organise a training schedule to suit your work and personal timetable.
