This is a list of the suburbs in Melbourne that have a median house price in excess of a million dollars. Unlike the regular quarterly median house price data this covers all sales in the previous 12 months. Due to some suburbs small size or low volume of sales on a quarterly basis a median house price may not be calculated. Using sales over the preceding 12 months ensures a more representative sample and accurate picture.

In the 12 months ending April 2013, Melbourne had 38 suburbs with a median house price in excess of a million dollars.
