2012 Season 2

This week on MPTV, we stay close to the city and look at Port Melbourne, the apartment boom, and the luxury of Beacon Cove. We also talk to David Redman from The Film Hub and hear about the rich film industry heritage of the area, and how progress has pushed out many of the production companies from the area.

Our panel, Robert Larocca (REIV), Tim Fletcher (Fletchers) and Mario Butera (Brace Real Estate) look back at the Winter Market, and forecast the opportunities of the Spring Property Market.
