Lone person households

About

The REIV has analysed the ABS 2011 Census data to produce a clickable map which shows the suburbs with the highest and lowest number of lone person households. Read more....

This is based on the lone person share of total occupied dwellings. Suburbs with more than 15 per cent vacant dwellings and less than 1000 dwellings on census night are gennerally excluded.

The state average for lone person households was 25 per cent.

Legend

              Less than 10 per cent of households have one occupant 
  Between 10 and 21 per cent of households have one occupant 
  Between 21 and 31 per cent of households have one occupant 
  More than 31 per cent of households have one occupant
