Board Member
Robert Hurst commenced his real estate career in 1973, obtaining his full estate agent licence in 1980. Robert was a Director of Hurst Real Estate in Fern Tree Gully from 1980 until 1993. In 1987 he established Eastern Regional Business Brokers, which now trades as Hurst Partners, Business Brokers and Consultants.
Robert is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (FREI) and a member of the Business Brokers Committee, having served on it since the Business Brokers Chapter was formed and spending four years as Chairperson. He is a long-standing Business Brokers representative on Members Council, Chairperson of the Education Committee, Member of the Estate Agency Committee and board representative on the Buyer's Agents Chapter Committee.
Robert is also a member of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB) and an AIBB Registered Business Valuer.
Robert was elected to the REIV Board in 2007.
