Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) CPP40307

The Certificate IV Traineeship in Real Estate offered by the REIV fulfills the educational requirements mandated by the Victorian Government
to apply for a full real estate agents licence. Government* funding is also available.
This traineeship is offered to all new and existing staff in a real estate agency and is an excellent way to undertake your study in a supportive and structured way. All the training is provided off the job – either through attending contact classes, by distance education or a combination of both. Each trainee has an individual training plan devised to help them reach their goal of achieving this qualification and can be completed within 12 months or two years.
Working in real estate offers a wide variety of occupational outcomes and the traineeship covers topics relevant to residential sales and property management, being a buyer’s agent, auctioneering and commercial real estate.
Utilising the traineeship will:
-
Improve the skill and knowledge of your staff
-
Help provide a point of difference for your agency
-
Build a culture of learning and professional development
-
Build positive employer–employee relationships
-
Motivate and encourage staff.
All units of study in the traineeship are assessed on competency and signed off by the REIV and the employer. Each unit of study has a written assessment and there are no exams. Students with some previous experience may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Training has never been so accessible and affordable.
