Silent Risks

This is a break-out session of the CPD program for 2011 that deals with social media and its implications in the workplace. It will also provide further discussion on the importance of having policies and procedures in place at the agency to manage information to protect the brand and management in the technology marketplace.

The session will provide an in-depth checklist for Members to review their practices and procedures and some practical case scenarios for agents to discuss and create awareness of some of the pitfalls associated with silent risks.
