Hiring and Firing
This session is aimed at OIECs’ and Branch Managers reminding them of their legislative obligations in hiring new staff. This session will also go through some case studies relating to industrial issues, what was learnt from them and how to avoid such situations in the future.
It will also look at managing performance reviews of staff, being able to identify key areas of work performance and tips on how to handle the termination of employees, without breaking the law.
