This short course has been designed to assist principals, office and branch managers in dealing with the potential risks of fraud in a real estate office.
During the session, participants will examine the types of fraud that can occur in real estate, as well as reviewing the relevant legislation and insurance requirements designed to protect an office against any potential fraud.
You will be provided with some interesting case studies on fraudulent activity in real estate that will provide you insight into what protective measures you need to implement to protect your agency from fraud in the future.
