The free mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) unit for 2012 is Facing Challenges. It has been designed in recognition of the fact that working in the real estate industry is both fulfilling and, at times, challenging.

Facing Challenges will look at some of the issues faced by agents and agencies and provide some ideas and mechanisms to help you improve and build on your success as a real estate professional.

There will be two programs, one for business owners, managers, principals or OIEC's and one for staff.

Principal/OIEC and Senior Management Program
