Professional development is one of the things that distinguish REIV Members from other estate agents – and the REIV is changing the way it delivers this to make it easier for Members to improve their skills.

In 2012 all REIV Members are provided with a free course and may choose from a wide range of other events or training, including in-depth forums, to meet the CPD requirement of their membership.

To meet the requirement, all individual Members and officers in effective control of Member agencies will need to complete the following two components: 

1. A free mandatory unit – in 2012 it will be Facing Challenges; and
2. One other elective, training course or event that has the REIV CPD tick-of-approval logo.
