Joining the REIV Board as an independent director in July 2011, Andrew Logie-Smith possesses an energetic leadership style and commercially geared approach that sets the tone for his professional endeavours.
A Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he was admitted to legal practice in 1981 and comes from a commercial and corporate background, with a focus on strategic advice to business involving corporate governance and fund raising (Corporations Act and ASX Listings), mergers and acquisitions and the Federal Government contracts sector. Andrew's professional industry sector experience covers real estate, logistics, media, defence, manufacturing and primary industry.
Andrew is a Director of WTFN Holdings Group, Eco Golf and The Acquis Group, and a member of the Australian Defence Industry Network (Vic), the Law Institute of Victoria, the Australian Club and Sandringham Yacht Club.
