Director
Adrian Jones has spent a lifetime in real estate. Commencing as a rental clerk in 1964, he progressed through the industry, gaining experience in valuations, commercial and residential sales and property management. He was, for some years, the managing director of a multi-office agency and is now the chairman of the Noel Jones Real Estate Group.
Adrian is a licensed estate agent and auctioneer, a sworn valuer, qualified trainer and a Fellow of both the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) and the Australian Property Institute. He has also represented the REIV as a director of the REIA.
Adrian is committed to ongoing training and has conducted numerous in-house training sessions, as well as presenting for the REIV and other organisations, for many years. He commenced his auction career in 1968, winning the state Novice Auctioneers' Competition. Since then, he has conducted thousands of auctions across the state.
Adrian was president of the REIV in 2006–2007 and again in 2008–2009.
